I've seen zblock before on the Ech0's server. I've only seen a couple of people get kicked due to violations (the main one being the dxlevel set to 70, instead of what the server says it should be) But yeah a team balancer would be handy (sometimes the teams get really stacked and it ends up looking like pros vs newbies [I don't want to use "noob" because it has a somewhat negative definition because from what I understand it's pretty much another way of saying "idiot", but newbie is just a new player, so I'm trying to be respectful there]). Of course it would have to be disabled on scrims and practices though.
