Should shooting team mates cause super recoil?

I remember that time when Sam rushed in de_dust with the heavy SMG killing 4-5 of us, i was shooting him after he down the 1st one, but i had a teammate in my way, i shot him and it completely swinged my screen up because of the "friendly fire super recoil", i find it annoying. wacko

only reason i find that it should be kept on, is so the person wont kill his team quick, but that's just bullshit.

Well i think it should be on, couse u know that to kill me you are going to do anything even kill team mate.
But that sucks, couse i dont wanna any n00bs in my clan, that see enemy start shootin thro me to kill enemy,
and what happen is that they kill me but they dont even dmg the enemy that realy sucks.
Even with that recoil i got most dmg from my team then from my enemies badmood
