I was told that the server was indicating this map as missing just now, and I happened to have it (I can't remember if I dl'd it off of another server or off of a website), so I packaged up the .bsp, .nav, and .cache (soundcache) files.

Just extract to the "<installpath>/cstrike/maps" folder.
